K&L Pest Dirt Control , based in Larissa, is a new company specializing in cleaning, disinfestation and utility management services .

The management of the company instructed Byte12 to develop a custom application for the monitoring of shared expenses for apartment buildings.  Based on Rabio a new custom application that covers the monitoring of shared expenses by providing detailed information on the charges of the apartments and their tenants.

The development of the application was done in collaboration with K&L Pest Dirt Control using Rabio custom software development ability. K&L Pest Dirt Control is already productively using their new software utility system by recording data and producing reports for first apartment buildings in the city of Larissa in Greece.
