What is the dashboard?

The Rabio dashboard is a part of views in Rabio. It was designed and developed to provide at-a-glance a clear view of key performance indicators relevant to any proejct that is recorded using the Cost Breakdown Structure of Rabio.

Users can easily and fast habe a particular objective on the business process of the project or in other usage a "fast progress report".

The dashboard in this post comes from Equipment Cost & Fleet Management Demo Project.

The dashboard view is splited in 4 different areas which are:

• Peridioc Acitivities
• Chart of Periodic Total Summaries
• Top 10 Center summaries
• Top 10 Category summaries

Periodic Activities

Small pieces of information are presented in the top of the dashboard. According to every project's structure, data appear like:

• Daily Activity (records created today)
• Monthly Activity (records created for currenct month)
• Weekly Costs (cost occured during current week)
• Monthly Costs (cost occured during current month)

Chart of Periodic Total Summaries

In this area are presented in a line chart the:

• Monthly Total Summaries
• Monthly Total Running Summaries

Tip: By clicking on a label, data for this label are hiden and the line chart like the images shown below.

Top 10 Center summaries

In this area there are 4 blocks of information which are:

• Top 10 Group Center Summaries
  • Pie Chart
  • Report
• Top 10 Center Summaries
  • Bar Chart
  • Report

Top 10 Category summaries

In this area there are 4 blocks of information which are:

• Top 10 Group Category Summaries
  • Pie Chart
  • Report
• Top 10 Category Summaries
  • Bar Chart
  • Report
